Gocce d’acqua scendono come lacrime sul vetro, le nuvole ripiegano nell’aria ampliandone i tratti e i pensieri mutano, silenziosi, sfuggendo a ciò’ che sta intorno.
Misterioso è ciò che inganna la sua forma.
La ricerca artistica di Michele Ferrari (Roma 1986) nasce principalmente dall’esplorazione dell’ambiente sensoriale e delle sue dimensioni.
Perpetrando un’indagine sul tema della proiezione o impressione statica della profondità le opere sono anche espressione di una sensibile indagine sul legame che intercorre fra aria e acqua e del loro continuo interscambio che trova sublimazione nell’immaginario simbolico della nuvola, organismo mutevole che assorbe, mescola e libera entrambi gli elementi.
Le tecniche artistiche adottate sono spesso miste e in alcuni lavori compare l’utilizzo della scrittura e della tecnica del collage. Di frequente i materiali impiegati nelle composizioni sono di riuso o reperiti casualmente. In occasione della mostra MCMLXXXVI saranno presentate, per la prima volta al pubblico, tre opere realizzate nel 2022:
–Il Mare dall’Alto – carta kraft, smalto, inchiostro, grafite, smalto murale su tela
–Senza Titolo (Paesaggio Sovrasensibile) – carta kraft, pittura ad olio, smalto murale su tavola
–Nubigena – smalto murale, pittura ad olio, inchiostro su tela

The artistic research of Michele Ferrari (Rome 1986) stems mainly from the exploration of the sensory environment and its dimensions.
Perpetuating an investigation into the theme of projection or static impression of depth, the works are also an expression of a sensitive inquiry into the link between air and water and their continuous interchange that finds sublimation in the symbolic imagery of the cloud, a mutable organism that absorbs, mixes and liberates both elements.
The artistic techniques adopted are often mixed, and in some works the use of writing and collage appear. Frequently the materials used in the compositions are reused or randomly found by the artist. On the occasion of the exhibition MCMLXXXVI, three works realised in 2022 will be presented to the public for the first time:
Il Mare dall’Alto – kraft paper, enamel, ink, graphite, wall enamel on canvas
Senza Titolo (Paesaggio Sovrasensibile) – kraft paper, oil paint, wall enamel on board
Nubigena – wall enamel, oil paint, ink on canvas

“OPUS & LIGHT” (1997- 2022) SPOLETO – Madonna del Pozzo dei Miracoli, a project conceived by Franco Troiani (STUDIO_A’87). It envisages interventions by individual artists and cultural operators invited to confront the specificity of the smallest museum in Umbria, embellished by a cycle of frescoes that encompasses an entire century in the history of Italian painting (1493-1600). The Eternal Father from above protects the beauty of the Madonna and Child with Saints painted on the front wall, “the work of Bernardino Campilio, the last native Spoleto painter, before the advent of Giovanni Spagna and Jacopo Siculo, followers of Perugino and Raphael respectively”.
